About the Role
The successful candidate will greet clients in a friendly and helpful manner, support the team with administration and answer calls and emails. You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, this will include attending college one day per week.
Duties will include:
- Answering calls and emails
- Booking appointments
- Updating client records
- Reception duties
- General admin duties
Requirements
All we ask is that you have GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is willing to go above and beyond for the patient. Candidates must have a mature attitude and be willings to complete any task associated with the job role.

The practice is led by our Principal Dentist, Dr Khan who has over 10 years of experience training nurses and mentoring staff and is now certified in effective coaching and mentoring as well as having several postgraduate qualifications.
