Teeth Whitening
Are you after Brighter, Whiter Teeth?
We offer a safe professional way of getting whiter teeth. Your teeth may have become discoloured for a number of reasons:

We use "Boutique Whitening", who have won no less than 7 major industry awards over the past 2 years. We offer both day and night whitening as options to our patients. These come in gel syringes that are placed into custom made whitening trays worn either by day or by night.
Boutique By Day
This is a 6% hydrogen peroxide gel that is worn for only one hour per day.
Boutique By Night
This is a carbamide peroxide gel, available in 10% or 16% that is worn for 4 hours or overnight.
At your smile assessment your dentist will discuss the option which is most suited for you.
How teeth whitening works at Stonydelph Dental Practice.
Appointment 1 - Impressions
Once you have decided to go ahead with whitening your teeth with us, we will invite you for an appointment to have impressions taken. This is then sent to the lab to have custom-made whitening trays made specifically for you.
Appointment 2 - Whitening Trays and Gels
Once we have received your trays and whitening gels back from the lab we will invite you to your second appointment. On this appointment we will ensure that your trays fit and show you the process of using your gels safely and properly. We will also record your current shade of teeth, this is to monitor your progress and show you the difference at the end of your treatment.
Review Appointment
After a few weeks we will ask you to come for a review appointment. This is to record your shade again and compare it to the beginning of your treatment. We will also check you are happy with your progress and decide if you would like to continue for a brighter shade.
